Terms of Service

The service
Sorvel generates React Native / Expo applications from your prompts. Generated code is provided as is: it is validated to run, but not guaranteed fit for any particular purpose; reviewing it before shipping is your responsibility. You own the generated code.
Credits
- Generations are charged in credits; every charge is visible in your account activity.
- Credits never expire; there is no subscription and no auto-renewal.
- Every new account receives free trial credits; you can try the service with them before buying anything.
- Refund policy: unspent credits are refunded on request within 7 days of purchase; credits spent on a generation are not refundable. The rules, time limits and how to ask are on the Refund & Cancellation Policy page, which prevails over this summary.
- System-caused retries of failed generations are not charged separately; there is a cap on the credits a single generation can consume.
Payment and invoices
Payments are taken by a merchant-of-record provider; the official invoice is issued by that provider and the tax liability is theirs. Your card details never reach Sorvel.
Your own accounts (GitHub / Expo)
Pushing to GitHub and EAS builds run on your own accounts with the access tokens you connect. Usage and fees on those accounts belong to the respective provider. You can remove your tokens in settings at any time.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to produce unlawful content or malware, to violate third-party rights, or to abuse the systems (automated abuse, attempts to bypass rate limits). Accounts may be suspended in such cases.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Sorvel's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.
Changes and contact
