Build a web app from a prompt — and publish it on your own domain.
Sorvel is an AI web app builder and website generator. Describe the app, answer a short checklist, and get a working React web app that was type-checked, linted, built and driven in a real browser before you ever see it. Then publish it to a permanent address, connect a custom domain, and keep the code.
Four steps from a sentence to a published web app. No templates to fill in, no drag-and-drop editor to learn.
Describe the app
"A booking app for my salon" or "a website for my cafe with a menu and a contact page". Any language.
Tick the scope
Features this kind of app usually has, three design directions, sign-in method, and what a visitor sees first.
Build, verify, preview
Sorvel writes the code, runs the type checker, linter and bundler, then drives the app in a browser at desktop and phone width.
Publish
One click to a permanent address; add your own domain with one CNAME record. HTTPS is automatic.
What the web app builder gives you
Scoped before it is built
On the first request Sorvel offers a checklist: the features such an app usually has, three design directions on curated colour palettes, the sign-in method and whether visitors see a landing page. It builds exactly what you picked.
Checked in a real browser
After every build the app is opened in a browser at desktop and phone width: the screen renders, a record can be added, a detail opens, site links lead to real pages. Findings show up next to the build.
Sign-in, roles and shared data
E-mail + password with a sign-up form (name, phone), password reset, a first-account admin and a users page for roles. Collections can be shared across a team or kept private per account; the row policies are generated for you.
Websites, not only apps
Describe a business, studio or portfolio and Sorvel writes a multi-page site with a header, footer, contact page and real copy kept in a content file you can edit without a generation.
Publish and custom domain
A permanent address with automatic HTTPS, a custom domain through a single CNAME, time-limited share links for reviewers, and GitHub push or ZIP download whenever you want the code elsewhere.
PWA and Web Push
Installable on phones and desktops, with push notifications to the visitors of your published site.
Media and content without generations
Upload pictures, swap them from the preview, click any text to change it. The Content panel lists every sentence of a website as a form.
Design you can steer
Eight curated palettes with light and dark trios, a typeface and a look per app; or start from a Figma frame or a Google Stitch screen.
Works with your AI tools
An MCP server lets Claude, Cursor or any MCP client create and change projects through Sorvel, with the same checks.
A real codebase, not a locked editor
Every web app is a Vite + React 19 + TypeScript project styled with Tailwind CSS v4 and built on a design kit that handles navigation, forms, tables, dialogs, theming and accessibility. Push it to GitHub, download the ZIP, or keep working in Sorvel.
Framework
Vite, React 19, TypeScript strict, react-router
Styling
Tailwind CSS v4 with semantic colour tokens, light and dark mode
Data
Local-first collections with an offline queue; your Supabase project when connected, realtime updates included
Accounts
Anonymous, e-mail code, or e-mail + password with profiles and roles; Sign in with Google
Output
A static build: one JavaScript bundle, one stylesheet, a web manifest and a service worker — hostable anywhere
Languages
Add languages from the Languages panel; the app ships a language picker
What people build with it
Inventory dashboard with low-stock alerts and CSV export
Appointment booking for a salon or clinic with staff roles
Customer directory and simple CRM for a small team
Kanban task board shared across a company
Expense tracker with monthly totals and charts
Cafe or restaurant website with menu, gallery and contact
Photographer or agency portfolio with packages and FAQ
Order tracking for a kitchen with preparation statuses
Building a website rather than an app?
Describe a business, a portfolio or a launch and Sorvel builds pages to read instead of records to manage.
Landing pages: one page for a launch, or in front of your app
Web app builder FAQ
Is this a no-code web app builder?
You write no code. You describe the app, tick the features you want, pick a design direction and say whether users sign in; Sorvel writes TypeScript, React and Tailwind, validates it and shows the result. If you do code, the project is a normal Vite repository you can push to GitHub or download.
What kind of web apps can the AI generate?
Record-keeping apps and dashboards (inventory, bookings, CRM, expenses, kanban, order tracking), tools with forms and detail screens, and multi-page websites: landing pages, portfolios, restaurant and business sites with a header, footer, gallery and contact page.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Publish gives the app a permanent address; in the same panel you add a name you own, create one CNAME record at your domain provider, and the certificate is issued automatically. If you do not have a domain yet, the panel walks you through buying one at cost from Cloudflare Registrar.
Does it have user accounts and a database?
Connect your own Supabase project in the Database panel and choose the sign-in method: anonymous, e-mail code, or e-mail + password with a sign-up form, profiles and roles. The schema SQL is generated from your app's data model, and tables can be shared between signed-in users or private per account.
How do I change a text or a picture after the app is built?
Click the text in the preview and edit it in place, upload pictures in the Media panel and swap them from the preview, or edit every sentence of a website in the Content panel. None of these costs a generation.
Is the generated web app a PWA?
Yes. Every published app ships a web manifest and a service worker, can be installed to the home screen, and can send Web Push notifications to visitors who allow them.
