Questions

What is the difference between the web app builder and the mobile app builder?

The web app builder generates React web apps and static websites that run in any browser and publish to a web address, your own domain included. The mobile app builder generates Expo (React Native) apps for iOS and Android that run on your phone while they build and ship to the App Store and Google Play. Both start from a plain-language description and both hand you the source code.

Can I build both a web app and a mobile app for the same idea?

Yes. Each project is either a web or a mobile project; create one of each from the same description. Both can connect to the same Supabase database through the Database panel, so a web dashboard and a mobile app can share one backend.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You describe the app, answer a short checklist about features and design (web apps also pick a sign-in method), and Sorvel writes, validates and previews the app. Developers get a real Git repository with TypeScript they can read, push to GitHub or download as a ZIP.

How much does it cost?

Credits, not a subscription. A new account starts with free credits, and a second bonus arrives the first time you connect a database or publish. A generation is priced by its measured cost; failed generations are never charged.
