PANEL: DEEP LINKS
Make an https:// address open your app instead of the browser — a shared link landing on the right screen inside the app.
ALREADY WORKSLinks in the app’s own scheme (myapp://detail/7) and taps on a notification need no setup at all. This panel is only about https addresses, which require the domain and the app to recognise each other.
THE TWO FILESYou give the panel your domain and it generates the two verification files the platforms ask for — Apple’s apple-app-site-association and Android’s assetlinks.json — with their exact addresses. You put them at the root of your own domain; the panel cannot publish them for you.
SIGNING FINGERPRINTThe SHA-256 of your Android signing key, from eas credentials. Optional: without it the link still reaches the app, but Android asks the user which app should open it.
FAILS QUIETLYUntil both files are actually reachable, https links simply keep opening in the browser. Nothing reports an error — which is why the panel spells the addresses out in full.
