SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Standing instructions, so you do not repeat yourself in every message. These three live in Settings and apply to all your projects; the per-project versions are panels on the project screen, further down this page.
SKILLA named instruction saved in Settings → Skills, and each one says when it runs: on every generation, only when your prompt contains certain phrases, or only when you type /name in the chat. The text is sent to the model, so length has a small credit cost — keep skills short and specific.
WORKSPACE KNOWLEDGEOne free-text box in Settings → Knowledge for what should hold everywhere: your coding style, naming conventions, tone. Sent on every generation of every project.
KNOWLEDGE DOCUMENTSFor long reference material that would not fit in a text box — an API document, a backend schema. Paste it once in the same place and it is indexed: split into searchable pieces, of which only the ones relevant to your prompt are sent on each generation. Long documents therefore do not burn credits on every request, and indexing itself is free.
